Why can't I move the camera?

EDIT: The camera sensitivity is automatically set to zero, which is why I couldn't move it at first.

EDIT 2: I know that there's a hint, but I have NO IDEA what the first combination lock's password is! I know that they involve the arcade cabinets, but I don't know the exact combination of numbers should be. I know that they involve the numbers 2, 4, 3 & 5.

Oh yeah, and the way the camera moves when running is nauseating.

EDIT 3: I also noticed that the audio was at 0 as well.

EDIT 4: Found a bug where going back to the title screen & re-entering the game would show subtitles saying "New Text".
